20+ years in HR, leadership and people development

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades working inside multinational companies and growing businesses — as an HR leader, senior HR professional and partner to leaders and organizations.
I have seen leadership from the inside: growth, pressure, difficult decisions, changing teams, organizational complexity and the human dynamics behind business performance.
Today, I bring that experience into my work with leaders and teams.
