I have spent more than 20 years working with people, leaders and organisations.

I have worked across multinational companies, growing businesses and start-up environments — as an HR leader, consultant, coach and development professional.

I have seen organisations grow, teams struggle, leaders step into bigger roles and talented people reach the point where the old way of working no longer works.

That experience shapes how I work today.

I look beyond the immediate challenge.

A leadership challenge is rarely only about leadership. A team issue is rarely only about the team. And a career decision is rarely only about the next job.

I look at the person, the role, the relationships and the organisational context around them.

This is where my HR background and coaching approach come together: understanding the system without losing sight of the people inside it.

Experience behind the work

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades working inside multinational companies, start-ups and growing businesses — as an HR leader, senior HR professional and trusted partner to leaders and organisations.

I have seen leadership from the inside: growth, pressure, difficult decisions, changing teams, organisational complexity and the human dynamics behind business performance.

Today, I bring that experience into my work with individual leaders, teams, leadership groups and HR functions — combining senior professional insight with a practical, thoughtful and human approach.
